ABOUT CARVE PROJECT

The project aims to improve transnational cooperation between partners from Bulgaria, Belgium and Finland by developing, testing and adapting to each partner country the social practices to increase the well-being at work and productivity of organizations. Target groups are employed (employees) and employers. As a result of the project implementation, two innovative social practices will be developed, tested and adapted to develop human resources and improve organization and working conditions, namely:

1) the whole CARVE job carving and crafting methodology and

2) the practice of adaptation to individual rhythms through new technologies.

 

The project is structured in 6 activities: Improving the capacity of partners and stakeholders, through meetings for exchange of experience and good practices - 3 working discussions, 2 training seminars and 2 focus groups; Development, testing and adaptation of Innovative practice No1 - CARVE Workshop; Development, testing and adaptation of the Innovative practice No2- CARVE Manual; Best practices research on the experience of other EU Member States - 1 report; Evaluation of achieved results - 1 independent evaluation; Dissemination of achieved results - organized 1 event. Target groups covered - a total of 50 workers and self-employed and 5 employers. After completing the project, Idein will continue to work with the partners by helping to actively test the various interventions and approaches and their optimization. At this stage, scenarios and materials for end users will also be finalized, which will be transferred as part of ensuring the sustainability of the project initiative.
